Misc Does a lotion containing hydrocortison help the track marks or does it hurt the veins?

It doesn't hurt the veins but it won't have a significant effect in reducing the appearance of the track marks. Continued use does thin the skin however.

What kinda lotion helps the best? As Ive been using the same veins too fucking much.
