Does a GI doctor know if your On drugs?

I am having a GI specialist look at me Wednesday. I use mdpv and was wondering if they could tell if I used day before. PS I am gOing for irregular movements invade you were wondering

Mdpv does not get me high it keeps me awake. So I kind of need to you kno use it daily. Peace thanks

It could be that your regular PV use is what is causing your bowel problems, so it's always best to be honest with your doctor.

Mention the use if you really want to get the most accurate information out of your doctor. As for if he can tell, he shouldn't be able to unless he does a UA or something. I remember I took a buncha benzos before my colonoscopy (I got mad GI problems too) and he couldn't tell (it's not like the pill floats through your colon or anything like that). BTW as an aside, don't ever take benzos before a procedure. I was dumb and super nervous, and unfortunately my opiate and benzo tolerance are through the roof, making whatever they give me in the hospital not as effective as it should. The doctor was amazed at how awake I was with the fentanyl and versed dose he gave me. Although I should endure the anxiety next time instead of potential death

As nAON said, honesty is the best policy, but this is toe-ing on the line of drug testing questions AND talking to a doctor, so it's gonna get closed.
