Doctor wants me to take Clonazepam twice a day, but I don't want to.

Well I'm seeing a naturopath that understands that anti-biotics may have caused my stomach issues. She is going to have me on some strong probiotics. My family doctor denied that antibiotics could do this and labelled me a hypochondriac.

I'm just pissed that I didn't do the necessary research first and trusted my dermatologist who assured me my usage was safe.

Hopefully I can get better soon.

If your having panic attacks daily, and that bad of anxiety than the 0.5 twice a day should help quiet a bit. It's actually pretty low dose, that i started on and i think most people do and it does help quiet a bit since klonopin has a long half life and even at that dose it might help you quiet a bit.

That's good though you don't "want" to take it, and are afraid of addiction, if you stay afraid of the addiction it may prevent you from having real nasty withdrawal symptoms but with that dose it shouldn't be too bad. Report to us once you start taking it a few days as prescribed and tell us if you feel better in the anxiety department, and as far as your other issue go to wherever you said were going and see if theirs any natural cures to help you with that problem. XD

Just by what you've stated in this thread, I can tell you that you need the Clonazepam.

I made the decision myself about half a year ago that I'm just going to have to accept daily use of benzodiazepines. I take 15mg of Valium daily, (5mg, 3x as needed) and if my script ever runs out early, I don't really have any withdrawal symptoms. There's a reason I chose a benzo with a long half life.

It curbs my anxiety fantastically and I haven't needed a dosage increase in months. Still provides the same level of anxiolytic effect I need. I don't experience panic attacks anymore, plus my general and social anxiety don't exist when I take it regularly.
