Do you wash?

I don't wash my face very frequently anymore, just a light cleanse and rinse in the shower in the morning with a very mild glycerin based cleanser with tea-tree. I have really sensitive skin and once I stopped washing my face so often my complexion cleared up and maintained a nice glow. I also try to drink a ton of water.

I've found that the healthiest thing I can do for my skin is to get an intense cardio workout every day, even if it's just 20-30 minutes. I work up a really healthy sweat and all the impurities get flushed out of my facial pores. Then I just towel and rinse with cool water. I just turned 40 and I still get carded on the regular so I think my regimen is working ok.

I shower at least once a day. A lot of time, especially in the hot, humid summer months, it can be 2-3 times. Anytime you're outside, you're pretty much sweating. So once in the morning and at night before I go to bed. If I workout sometime mid-day, after that.

I can't stand getting in my bed without showering if I've been sweating. Just putting my face in the pillow makes me gag. Sheets get all greasy and nasty after a couple nights. Sick.

I wash my face at lease once a day but I'm pretty forgetful. I've been trying to do it morning and night and my skin has been looking better recently so must be working. I use a face wash and a toner afterward but am in need of a new moisturiser with spf in.

Wake-up: I'll wash below the neck with generic soap each day during my shower, towel-dry and then cover my body below-neck with a scent-free moisturizer. I will then shave after my shower and use an aftershave for sensative skin. I also use an anti-puff eye roller upon waking up.

Before Bed: I will wash my face with SkinEffects's "Redness Control Calming Gel Cleanser," massage a pea-sized amount of a Neutrogena "clear skin cream w/ 2% salicylic acid," use a generic spot pimple treatment when/where necessarly, and cover my eye area with a generic revitalizing eye cream.

Sometimes I will use a hydrating lotion during the day if I feel as if my face is getting dry.

I shower twice a day, wash my hair once a day and my hands as often as possible. one of my roommates however has horrible hygiene habits and showers maybe once every 2 weeks if I'm lucky :( I hate that stanky mothafucka so much

Hahaha. I dont even LAY on my bed without showering. Im super anal ;)
Bed is sooo sacred.

I shower at least once a day (washing everything) when I get up in the morning before I get dressed. I also shower after a workout (don't wash my face, sometimes wash my hair, or just rinse it).

I think just about everyone tries to shower everyday, but sometimes it kinda depends on your mood or how strung out you are or whatever.

I used to shower as soon as people started to make comments about my BO. Now I shower once per day and no more. I have a friend who has a phobia of taking baths (due to a childhood trauma where he was burned in the bath). He just wipes himself with a towel as he doesn't have a shower where he lives. I've never noticed him smelling of anything and he has a GF.

i just shower every day after my workout with bar soap. wash my hair about once every 2-3 days. i really haven't washed my face regularly since my teens.

i dont wash my face much but i wash my hands *alot*. Probably about 10-20 times a day at the moment. I havnt gone a day without washing my hands for... since i can remember... i find it absolutely DISGUSTING not to wash them atleast a couple times a day.

I've read on here where some guys don't wash their hair for 2-3 days?? I have thinning hair which seems to greasen up fairly quickly. But if I don't wash my hair at least once a day, my scalp resembles a crysco pit. Grease city.

What do you mean...you dont even soap and wash your face during your daily shower?

I certainly don't. I have acne prone skin so I try to stay away from any irritants currently. It's working well. Don't think soap would make my complexion better. Skin wasn't made to be dried out completely every day.

i dont wash my face when im in the shower either and i dont wash my hair(though i always rinse with water) sometimes for like weeks on end.

Sorry dudes.....thats just kinda weird. :p
It just surprises me when there are some people who NEVER wash their faces, or NEVER wash their hair (under normal circumstances, and Im not talking about situations where youre homeless, or living in a van by the river, or stranded in the Amazon , etc.) (Never = weeks or months on end) ;)
I mean, why leave out washing your FACE if you're already in the shower anyway? Your hair yes, because sometimes we take a break from washing our hair (just have a full body shower.) It's just so....odd not to clean your face along with your body, since you're already there.

Thats just my opinion. ;)

I shower once a day in the evening and wash my face in the shower. I also give it a quick rinse(no soap) when I wake up.

What about hair? I hear a lot of people say they rarely wash their hair. If I don't wash mine every day it feels dirty to me. That's probably neurotic. :\

At most, 2-3 days without washing hair for me. I usually wash it every other day. Not washing hair for MONTHS is just revolting. Eeew sebum and dirt and all that....:X

Well I don't really wash anything except for my hair once in a while and my hands frequently. I'm human anyway :D

Hahahah I'm right there with ya. LIke you said, if you're in extreme circumstances(homeless, living off the land, CANNOT wash, etc) OK, but when you have the option, and simply decline?? It's 2009 folks. Civilized people clean themselves regular. Sorry if that comes off judgemental, but not doing so just helps spread bacteria and other nasty shit.
