Do you think people care if they see me smoking weed?

I'm going to say it highly depends on where you live.

In my personal experience, living where weed is highly tolerated by everybody (buddy of mine got caught with 1 oz, confiscated but not charges placed for example), I have no problem smoking in my car parked somewhere like a train station or a supermarket, but I rarely smoke in my car since I prefer to smoke out of bongs in the comfort of my home

Seeing your condition (seems like hell in AZ, drug laws wise), I would find a little calm spot and blaze there, just like if you were smoking a cigarette. Also, I would suggest getting out of the car and smoking a bit away from it so if you get caught they won't link the car with you.

Go around your work or school to find a good spot closest by foot.

School suggest you are still pretty young. If I were you, I'd hang on a few more years. Cannabis and young brains really don't mix well. Also, most importantly, smoking weed and then driving is dangerous and selfish. You could put yourself and others in danger and then give cannabis users a bad name.
