im extra careful when i got shit in the car, thats just common sense

I read some study somewhere that speeding doesnt really get you anywhere that much faster since theres a lot of lights everywhere around here

It honestly depends on the person who catches you.
First I dont really understand how you wouldnt be able to find a vacant area/lot in an entire city, but thats another story.
If you cant, I'd say just cruise a J, but like the other people said smoking + driving comes with alot of risks.
Mainly, just the fact that if you are pulled over it is essentially a guaranteed arrest.
I stopped smoking in cars when i left highschool (*seriously*)

Dude, if you are smoking a pipe or a bong while driving you are already at pretty good risk of crashing. Add chemical inebriation and paranoia; Are you seriously telling us that combination, or even one aspect of it alone, is not increasing your risk of seriously hurting someone?

We care about your safety also, but that is your right to put to risk.
 
you'll get away with it probably 99 times out of 100. but that one time getting caught isn't worth the other 99 times. find a safer way to do it - you'll probably enjoy the experience a lot more if you're not anxiously checking your mirrors for cops every ten seconds.
 
yes people still care, especially in conservative states without mmj

best way to avoid detection is joints because most people will mistake em for a cig
although in a heavy commercial area smoking is risky anywhere

arent there any parks or secluded areas around u can smoke?
 
Being high & driving = risking other people's life. Nobody give a fuck about you being high until you hit someone or something.
Why don't you just use another ROA like I've suggested?

lol true. depends on your personality. if your smoking a j and a cop sees you and you freak out and scatter and look suspicious your likely to be pulled over. if you know how to play it cool you could pass it off as a cig.
 
The best place to smoke weed, ironically enough, is on a college campus! Particularly the big universities with big trees and gardens all over the place. All you do is show up dressed like a typical college student, walk around the fine arts sections of campus and search for some obscure little courtyard or hollowed out crawlspace concealed behind a bunch of bushes. I'll be damned if you can't find one of these stoner "smoke-easy's" somewhere on campus; there's always a secret drug den tucked away somewhere, and if you can't find it then you obviously aren't thinking like a stoner!
Public community colleges are also popular staging grounds for drug dealers and their customers. I would know, since I've been attending one for a couple of years now! Everywhere you look, kids are toking away at their e-cigs in plain site! Follow some of these kids around long enough and you'll soon find out where the good shit is at. I was indoctrinated into the campus stoner club by one of my hippie friends a couple of semesters ago while taking a horticulture class. They showed me where all the stoners, tweakers, sellers, and the like hang out. I've sat in on numerous puff passes and gotten high for free! I do make occasional contributions when possible to keep it cool, but I mostly bum around and wait for someone to pass me a bowl!
Then again I am from Southern California so I guess college life in Arizona is a little more totalitarian than what I'm accustomed to.
As for smoking while driving......fuck that! It's a bust just waiting to happen!
 
some people WILL snitch on anything illegal, and a lot of people would snitch on smoking weed and driving i would imagine. you would lose your license at the very least and possibly do jail time depending on the laws if your state, which i imagine are pretty bad in a backwards ass state like AZ. do you really need to blaze at school/work? at the very least mess with some edibles or another drug that isn't conspicuous to consume (i mean damn, weed stinks when you blaze it.)
 
No offense OP but this is one of the stupidest questions I have seen asked for a while.... You are coming on here asking a bunch of strangers if they think anyone will call the cops if they see you smoking, how the fuck can anyone speculate on general liklihood other people will narc (in an area most of us have probably never been no less) if we are only in our own heads? Smoking cannabis is fucking illegal, OFCOURSE there are PLENTY of people in the world that will not hesitate to call the police immediately if they see a crime being committed, the majority of people probably wouldn't bother about weed unless it was near their kids school or someone was just being arrogantly open about it, but if you do it often enough someone WILL call the police on you.

I think people are being a bit harsh on you for smoking and driving, bet half of the haters have done it themselves... Personally I don't think being mildly to moderately stoned/high is detrimental to an experienced regular smokers driving, although because most people aren't that experienced I still do agree it should be against the law to drive high. I actually think it makes you less likely to engage in stupid driving behaviour and I myself have driven high on cannabis many times, I will only ever smoke and drive at times when the roads aren't particularly busy and tend to stick to routes I am well familiar with and that also don't require the greatest deal of attention/skill (for example driving on the freeway), I wouldn't be driving around the CBD in peak hour or anything close! However, smoking WHILST driving is a totally different story (unless its a joint or blunt) because regardless of how the weed affects you, you are still distracting yourself from the road and that is putting your life, as well as the lives of others, at risk.

I don't get why you don't just roll up a joint or a blunt and go for a walk, it really is the safest option imo. If you use some common sense and all you have on you is a lit joint I reckon it is pretty damn hard to get busted with it, if someone calls the cops it will be long gone before they get there.

Dont be afraid to go a slightly longer route if it is less populated

Dont smoke at stop signs or red lights.

Get an air freshener

Yeah, some of us are being harsh about smoking a driving, and even if some of us do the same, given the mission of this site, it is warranted IMO.
