do you think of ecstasy as a beautiful drug

The high is beautiful. The bonding it creates with others is incredible. The affinity it creates for music and communication is like no other.

But the potential for abuse is one of the highest IMO.

Ive never used heroin either but I do know that the drugs are VERY different.
 
MDMA has the ability to provide intense, endless beauty- but ultimately, you're the main ingredient in any drug you take. I think for some it can be a positive ego-softening life changing experience for the positive. For some it's just really. For some, it starts to be an obsession and overtakes their life which is ultimately negative.

In Ecstasy Rising (the Peter Jennings special on MDMA) a psychologist said of ecstasy "No other drug, do I hear 'I'm a better person because I took ______' after a person stops using it. With ecstasy, I hear countless users, even years after they stop using it say 'I'm a better person today because I took ecstasy'"


I'm passionate about all the good it's caused in my life, and all the joy and doors it's opened for me. I'm almost as passionate about talking to new users about how you can ruin that beauty by abusing it, and how small the abuse margin is. No other drug I'm aware of loses "magic" to the same degree, from the same amount of use, as MDMA.

But I love it. =)

Wait...literally, physically beautiful? LOL...I guess some pills are cute, with the bright colors, cute shapes and occasional "pokeball" referring to Pokemon. Beautiful...hmmm, more cute, at best. ;)

Put it this way...I've used many drugs in the past, currently only use my prescribed opiod medz and marijuana. However, Monday 9/20 I took an e-pill that I had for approx 2 yrs, it was FANTASTIC...pretty close to the first time I ever took it. Probably cause the last time I rolled was so long ago.

My point though, is that my wifey lives a sober life, only drinks alcohol on occasion and that's it. Well, about 8 yrs ago, well before our 2nd child was born (he's 2 now) she tried ecstasy and absolutely LOVED IT. She tried it a few times after that, but now doesn't want anything to do with ANY drugs. Probably because she is now an RN. Anyway, if my wifey loved it, then it MUST be a good drug, cause she doesn't like any drugs...admittedly, she said that ecstasy was the only drug she ever liked...she only tried pot and cocaine once wayyyy back in High School, but for her to do it more than once, in addition to my experiences with it, I would rate ecstasy as one of the best!!
 
I consider it sacred. And I'm serious about it. I can feel God creating the universe inside of my mind and myself at every moment trhough it. The proverbial 'great peace that fills the universe' of Zen Buddhism.
 
I like to think of MDMA as the eagle of the drug family. It's beautiful, magical, breath-taking. However if you treat it wrong and it will claw your eyes out.

I'd say it's beauty lies in that it allows you to see the beauty of your own existence. So unlike H/coke and what not, you don't just get high, but you experience a special kinda of euphoria and empathy that allow you to see not only the positive aspects of your existence, but also your potential to better yourself and pursue your life goals.<3

I was lucky enough to introduce my girlfriend to mdma last monday. She loved it called it magical thanked me for getting it. It was amazing I had never felt so connected to her. Her past is kinda hard and she opened up to me it was great. We laughed cried hugged been rolling about every month for over a year now and that was by far the best time ever.

I think mdma's ability to facilitate that kind of bonding is beautiful and maybe even a touch of the divine. We will both remember that day always. Cant wait to do it again.
