I prefer it most when im really comfortable, which is often the result of opioids, giant doses of gabapentin, or various combos.

Not necessarily. Sometimes when im cold I'll grab my girlfriend (sleeping next to me) and drag her over to snuggle to. So in that case she's being used; im essentially using her as a heater
 
When I'm with a women I like to cuddle for up to an hour, but that is funny negrogesic that you say you sometimes cuddle just for heat. lol.
 
I'm big on starting out cuddling when going to sleep. This is regardless of whether we had sex. I just love touch. But as the night goes on I inevitably sleep better by separating. Also I prefer spooning or being spooned when cuddling. Cuddling face to face means inhaling their breath, which I'm not so crazy about

Awee man I had gf like that once. She loved to cuddle when we are just getting to bed. Within an hour or two though she would start pushing me away :(
 
With my dogs, yes. They help me relax.
With people not so much, but it's still better than normal vanilla sex.

Physical contact is very important to me. I love to cuddle and I like to do it a lot. I guess it's my love language and if i'm not touched and cuddled every day, i feel rejected.
 
i never really got into cuddling... unless i'm sexually aroused and kind of in the act of sex or foreplay, i don't really get too into touching. always felt awkward to me.... esspecially after getting my back messed up and having poor circulation, i couldn't really get in the position to cuddle... one time on robitussin i cuddled with the girlfriend i had... not too often though. esspecially when sex is over i have no interest in cuddling. i heard that's a male thing, which i am... if i'm horny and wanting sex, i might cuddle and dry hump for a while.
 
Cuddling is great, but I usually back off as I'm really getting sleepy. Especially if its hot. If it's hot then gtf away from me :D

What I really love though is massage. It is equally if not more important then sex to me. I can tell when a relationship is truly dead just from how someone gives me a back rub.
 
Sometimes when you have soar backs. I'm saying backaches. Got it.

Anyway. Push you backs up against each other and fall asleep.

Ohhh it's like traction. It's heat. <3
