Miscellaneous Do you have a specific favorite part to the psychedelic experience? I do

It took ALOT of tripping and pondering to come to this conclusion but I believe the most enjoyable part of psychedelics for me is the "Streaming consciousness" aspect.

For a few hours I am not worried or even considering the future whatsoever and get to feel what it is like to experience life (as I imagine) is much closer to the animal state we evolved from. (Or didnt w/e not the point)

 

[Vastness]

Most enjoyable is usually immediately post-peak, maybe a little bit after - where usually the truly intense part is mostly over and you're just riding the immediate aftershocking afterglow of profundity, serenity, and peace - at this point usually I'll just be chainsmoking joints looking at the trees or whatever and marvelling at the magic of what it is to exist, there's an indescribable zenlike nature of this state that probably can be replicated by other means but is unlike anything possible to experience outside the psychedelic experience in normal waking reality (except, again, maybe the most dedicated monks who meditate 16 hours a day for 40 years or whatever and transform their brains from the clumsily messy ones of us without the monkish inclination).
