Do you get an erection when opiates kick in?

Id take good dope over sex, unless it was with GEG ;) . And yeah I get hard from a good shot of H.
 
I don't think I ever got hard from a shot. But speaking of the lust.. I could be in full blown withdrawals, and just going to cop and getting close to the dopehouse would not only get me excited, but also would get me almost completely unsick.

Just the thought of being so close to being remedied would make me feel a billion times better.

And if I had the choice to bang any one chick in this world that I wanted, or a fat shot of good dope, I'd take the shot without hesitation.. Sad but true.
 
Never got hard from a shot or a bump. But when you're not dependent, it's easier to get an erection when you're high as opposed to when you're sober. (Not that it's extremely difficult when sober...)


But yeah, I'd agree with the line that a lot of dopers would rather have a great shot than sex. Even if they aren't dependent.
 
That's one of the main reasons I had to quit dope and other strong opiates. Dope brings the same type of instant contentment and comfort that human relationships do, except about 100,000x more intense, and without having to put work into relating to another actual human being.

Dope fucks up your personality in weird ways, I kinda think my brain wasn't equipped to handle the presence of that kind of pleasure. It's like staring into the abyss, eventually the abyss stares back at you. Haha or whatever that Nietzsche shit is. Point of the matter is, even today, after being off for a couple years, I just don't get alot of pleasure from daily things that other people do, and especially I don't get much pleasure from other people--the kinda piss me off now. I guess its just something I have to learn to live with and compensate for.
 
I get extremely excited when im about to cop...and as far as hard ons go....thats a guarantee after a 8mg shot of dilaudid and thats how i judge my dope....how hard my dick gets

Oh sure. I mean, I think it can apply for coke feens too. My buddy used to get hard as hell off a shot of yay, or so he said, I never really investigated or anything. But as for me, I'm a junkie and the whole hard on from a shot thing has diminished some since I wasn't a habitual user. That's when it was an automatic every time thing. I just don't really get as high anymore you know?

QFT. God, I love that! As soon as the dope is IN HAND, I feel well. I've often wondered if I even need to bother banging it! It's nice because it lets you take your time in preparing the shot, finding a vein, etc.

With coke, too, the anticipation is a dizzying fucking high in itself.
 
Yeah man that's exactly how i feel...but there is definitely something sexual about drugs to me, its like opiates pleasured the same sences as sex, once i was high it was like all my sexual urges were satisfied.

When i was using i would have taken a few bags over the hottest chick on earth, i had the most beautiful girl and today i regret all the sex we didnt have because i was too busy getting on. fortunately today i spend more time drooling over girls than thinking about heroin...
 
for me, i never got a hardon from shooting dope.. but then again, dope was the trade off for my penis...

for some reason, for me.. dope was more rewarding and pleasurable than sex. and yes, i've had good sex and lots of it, not saying that because i'm bragging, i'ms aying it because i'm so fucked up that i could be having sex with a girl and all i could think about was finishing, getting the fuck out of there, and running to the spot...

I've been off dope a while now, and like many people said, a lot of shit just doesn't do it for me anymore... my mind resorts back to what it knows is best, and that's a nice shot of heroin...

I never would throw up when i was dopesick, but like you guys were saying, i'd get such a rush of excitement when I knew it was on, had some money, dopeman was waiting for me, and i'm in the car driving... without a license, with warrants, going to the same spot i got locked up a few times, it all created the rush... it'd cause me to start puking on the way there...

now i feel like that guy in trainspotting sitting in the bingo hall with everything going around him a million miles an hour...
 
I've never shot up (and don't plan to), but I can snorting brown has made me feel incredibly horny a couple of times. The first time I took OC, though, I had a pretty intense boner. That was...interesting.
 
the op couldnt've chosen a better word than lust to describe the feeling of a really good hit. Getting a hard on is standard. I wouldnt take dope over sex though.
