Either it is A) not Heroin at all, B) totally shit gear or C) you got fuck all tolerance and don't understand that opiate naive doses should be TINY and are taking too much hence the nausea and haven't learned by now that this ain't a drug to do shit on and get busy like coke, but instead, lay around, nod out and catch the intense euphoria.
