I see this all the time, even when I'm not involved in it=D It's kind of like a magic eye poster, look at the right corner at the right angle and bam! You get to see the drug deal. It really does only take a second. Almost the amount of time someone might ask you for change or the time it takes to give someone a smoke.
 
Down here in Aus, there was an article of someone dealing on a busy street in broad daylight.
 
I meet my dealer in the street. He doesn't stand about and deal though, gotta ring him and he'll only bring 'enough'. :)

The only place I've seen people dealing on the streeting is on TV in Amsterdam and in Brixton (UK) (Weed's all over there!).

I'm in the UK by the way! :)
 
As a matter of fact I saw insane "dealings" in a fast food parking lot this past Sunday. I sent my son in to get his food because the drive thru line was a mile long. As I sat there I saw cars pull in and park. This one very busy dude jumped from car to car. I never knew that stuff went down in this particular place.I know now. I wonder what he was peddling. Still, leaves me curious

I live in Melbourne, Australia!!!!! Those who live here also know that heroin dealers in the city and some other suburbs is so openly done in plain view of everybody. Bless this town...:) This was my support for about 5 years.
 
I have never seen street deals go down, ever. (disclaimer: I live in suburban columbus, ohio).

I thought that in this day and age, people were becoming like... safer about their dealing.

around here, it's basically an ordering service. call your dealer, tell them what you want, either you show up at their door or you meet in some parking lot.
even in columbus, people stay in their cars. you'll see a car in the lot, and then another car drives up next to it, and after about a minute, they both drive away.

guess i'm relatively sheltered, too.
 
its not about saftey, its about accessability

the blacks in the innner city know that kids will coming looking for drugs, and the kids know that the black dudes have the drugs. These people do not know each other, and so it is on the streets that deals go down

Also, a very poor a neighborhood is nothing like a suburban neighborhood. Ghettoo's have people walking around literally allll over the place, everyone is always outside so it makes for a fairly busy place.
 
i have seen street deals happen just about everywhere i've been. from kentucky to bangkok. and definitely in SanFrancisco!

but maybe thats cause im lookin for it.

seems like every place i go in this area seems to have one or two cars sitting near the back of the parking lot still running with 2-4 people sitting inside just sort of "hangin out".
 
i live in the ict(wichita, kansas). and you can see this kinda thing without lookin. downtown, oldtown, the hood, the psuedo-projects, the mothafuckin MALL of all places! it's everywhere. i'm guessing it's worse in san fransico. i'd imagine you'd notice it's sooner. i never scored on the street till a last year and it had an element of excitment to it at first then i got used to it. now it takes alot more risky kinda shit to get my kicks.

My herb dealer used to meet like 5 people at a time in the outback steakhouse parking lot going from car to car just like patty mentioned. Sketchy, thats for sure.

Other then that the only thing I have seen was a mexican sell some strung out junkie a bag of unidentified white powder in an allyway.
 
i wouldn't say that san fransisco has more drug deals than any other city. It's just the druggies there really stand out, for the most part, and the cops leave most of the potheads/potdealers alone. So it creates a safe haven for use. Doesn't matter whether you snort tweak or slam heroin, just look like a pothead. hah.

Or better yet, just look like a yuppy. Or the child of a yuppiy.
 
@ sliver feniks, you been talking forever about how you live in a major city and the whole thing is ghetto but you live in a nice part or some shit like that, why you so vague? where do u live? im sure you can get some fuckin drugs homie if anything youre talking about is tru. theres hope man u just gotta go out on your own a lil bit
