I'm asking the fucking questions!
Just trying to add a bit more flow and threads of interest into the forum... Liven the place up a bit and add more conversation, hate pressing the settings button and having nothing to reply to...

Well do you? And why/why not?

I personally don't, my reasons are that I am at a relatively low BF and am focusing on bulking up, I have no need to cut until I'm at least 230+ lbs. Sure it may not be amazing for my cardiovascular health but that can be sorted later, I'd rather use all my calories for weight gain, no point in wasting all those calories I work so hard to pay for...

What about YOU?

As gh15 goes, only cardio is sex and walking your dog. I don't own a dog so lots of sex.

Gh15.org. best bodybuilding site in the world. Idk if registration is open. I know the public site is coming soon. Guidos a mod there as he really knows his shit (you think he posts good shit here, over there he's compiled books essentially).

Over summer I was hammering the cycling, averaging 115km a week (not much by REAL cyclist standards, but for a lifter who hates "cardio" it was plenty :P), though now that I'm back on the bulk I've cut back significantly. While I'm bulking I'll only really go for a few rides a week, predominantly over the weekend. Mainly only doing it as a bit of maintenance work and to keep anaerobic fitness levels up to scratch so I don't die in the ass when cutting time comes back around haha

i try to go to gh15.org, the front page works but the forum is not connecting. why is it the best site?

personally, I think cardio sucks dick. but I love playing soccer. so I will run while dribbling the soccer ball working on my footwork while I run down this trail in the woods that used to be an old railroad tracks but is now for runners. I just go for 30 mins with my ipod in and then im done. I try and go 7 days a week but I skip a day here or there. more of a therapeutic de-stress thing for me than cardio cuz of the soccer ball.

It's the fact you got a collection of the best athletes in the world posting there. Essentially it's a board dedicated to the truth of the bodybuilding industry which is serious hormone consumption. You got people competing at high levels (with proof to show that) and some well known people in the industry post there. The protocols are so ridiculous but to us who have common sense, it's more or less validating what we thought to be true originally. Guido ran tren for 3 years straight so that shows how benign (maybe not the right word lol) it really is. People blasting orals for 8-10 weeks with blood work to show liver damage is way over stated, etc. It's like having sex for the first time. Just mind blowing awesomeness

Tren for 3 years?! FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU I thought my current blast running it for 12 weeks straight was prolonged, lol

I don't do anything too crazy, but I run 3 miles, 5 times a week. I'll run at a jog. I didn't start doing cardio until 2 years ago. What I have noticed over time is it compliments every single workout in the gym in regards to stamina and endurance. I use to be one of those people who didn't see a need to do cardio, but I've found it too beneficial to ever go back to not doing cardio. Plus, there's also a positive mental component to running.

I do HIIT once or twice a week if I'm feeling it, but pretty much only in a cut and not more than 20 minutes. I've read it can boost the metabolism and increase fat burning for up to 24 hours after the session but if I'm cutting I still burn most fat from diet and lifting anyways. It's also heart healthy but then again... so is lifting.

My Cardio..... Mountain run 2 X/week 380m climb straight up.... Run down, 3.6km total wearing BA (Breathing Apparatus)... In training for Sky Tower Challenge, NZ Fire Service run up the tallest tower in the Southern hemisphere 1103 steps straight up, for NZ Blood Cancer charity.... In full fire uniform wearing BA...

I only do cardio if I'm cutting. But even when cutting I rarely do cardio. Weightlifting burns a ton of calories too, even if it doesn't have the same benefits.

I wouldn't want to run tren e for the simple fact that I don't want not to be able to go on/off if shit turns sour. Only tren ibcan get off my 2 sources is tri tren which is ace hex and enan, I don't plan on putting that bollocks in my body... Tren should imo be kept to 1 ester to avoid complications with blood levels

i absolutely hate cardio...i cannot run on a treadmill or even on road as it just bores me to death..the only cardio i get is when i do legs, i often do a set of squats and then immediately after do high rep(20-30) with lighter weights followed by a short burst on stationary bike...i walk my dogs which doesnt really count for cardio does it?
