Do you answer "Unknown" callers?

so there's been a few times a "unkown" caller calls me.

I've got idea on who it could be.. I don't want it to be either of them.

So for now I let it ring..

answer and tell em to fuck off if you don't like em. not answering just makes life more complicated because hey somebody is trying to get a hold of you for some purpose maybe juuuuuust maybe it's important!

Depends- on the home phone, I ignore it. Its not important, its a telemarketer. If it is important, they either have my cell number, or they can leave a message. If its my cell, I usually answer it, but not every time. Some of the times where I almost didnt answer it on my cell it turned out to be a good thing that I did, it was a job interview that I had been expecting at a different time.

Usually "unknowns" are just telemarketers and debt collectors though =/

I never ever ever answer unknown calls.......unless I am in a fight my g/f and she isn't at home. Most of the time when I answer those unknown calls it is an ex or worse.

On my cell phone, if I don't know the number (doesn't matter if it's an unknown), I won't answer it. I pay per minute, so they can leave a voicemail if it's important.

On the landline, I'll answer sometimes--It really depends on my mood.

no. but i generally don't answer the phone when anyone calls.

I answer them only if I told someone to call me blocked (hahaha my mom didn't want me talking to my boyfriend well ex now). I never answer them really only sometimes and tell them to fuck off or go oh its you!

I dont answer my phone (or texts) unless the number is already saved in it. If the number is unknown they can leave a message saying who they are, and if I know them after they leave the message, i'll call back.

When telemarketers call me, i answer (if i can do so easily, and can be assed) then leave the phone off the hook on the side in the hope of running up their phone bill and wasting man hours.

Sometimes i pretend to be retarded, slow or just really strange in order to annoy the person on the other end.

Usually i just ignore it though.

Sometimes, but its generally when I am drunk, and they I will pretend to be English and hit on whoever calls.
