Do you always test MDMA before using?

The answer is yes, test every time... I don't know where you're getting marquis reagent from, but it's hardly expensive. Honestly, if you can afford to buy MDMA, you can afford to test it.

Yes always test them, i even double test just to be sure to rule out any anxiety. Many years ago i eat some PMA pills, worst night of my life but got thru it so after that i always test them x2!
Tbh, I didn't test any of my stuff when I first started out. Neither did anyone I know, and I think that was during a time when testing kits weren't really known or readily available. Apparently that was also when I'd run into stuff like meth bombs, methylone, pipes and who knows what else.
But after I got piped like shit after spending quite a lot of $$, that's when I'd either test it, or a friend would. It was also the last time I refused to pick up from someone I didn't personally know. But we both relied on each other to test pills, so people would come to us lol. I'm sure he still does too, who is the same friend I gave my 5 mapb to a while back, so really testing pills in which you are not sure of their identity is essential (although PR is quite handy and was usually my go-to for initial queries).
Yeah, PMA and piperazines are the worst to come across. The former is deadly, while the latter is just going to guarantee a bad night. Test kits are invaluable just to rule those two out.

Considering you're not supposed to dose more than once every 6 weeks MAX, and a set of 50-use dropper bottles can be bought from 'safetest4' for £20, that's 5.7 years worth of reagent if every single time you take it is a different batch and you have to test again and you consistently take it every 6 weeks, costing 40p each time you test, I'd say it's not expensive in the slightest. Test every time.

Many have learned this lesson..like myself the hard way...pipes are pretty easy to spot by taste(like tasting a orange peel... citrus)...the real thing taste like absolute shite..... Get yourself a kit..but do lick or taste before taking so u know what ..real and fake ..tastes like

Since about 6 years ago, yes, always. Especially these days with those tests you can carry around in your pocket there is no more excuse not to. Though if it can be avoided I would advise against buying your drugs at an event or something, much greater chance of being ripped off. Plus if you know your dealer and test in front of him you can help improve the quality of his supply, benefiting you both

The guy that my boyfriend gets his supply from offers to test it right then & there before we even buy it. He tests it in front of us, and let's us see for ourselves that it is actually MDMA and not some other sketchy stuff.

I use to test MDMA ever time I encountered it however, now that I have a good supplier I dont. I tested each batch like 4 times a new one would come in but they were always amazing so i stopped. I actually joked that after 8 months i wanted to make sure the test kit still worked so i purchased some to "test the test kit" and told my guy that and he burst out laughing. "You mean to tell me you, who were so intent on testing every batch when we first met, stopped and now uses it to test the kit to make sure it works... i wish other people could hear that backwards shit"
But it took me like 8 years of rolling to finally find someone who gets legit shit on scheduled times so I am thankful for this abundance i stumbled upon and at a point in my life where i can practice restraint due to a somewhat demanding life. If i had known this 8 years ago i probably would have burnt myself out.
