Do psychedelic phenethylamines cause long term memory loss ?

hi,
i´m studying law for 2 years now in germany and there are so many things i need to remember. i already quited taking xtc because of it´s bad effects on memory.
so psychedelic phenethylamines (2c-x, 25x-nbome) are the only drugs with weed i take at the moment and i´m wondering if there is any study about memory loss because of psychedelic abuse ? i couldn´t find one. also what do you think ?

You're much more likely to experience memory problems and cognitive impairment from the weed than from the psychedelics.

Do you have any evidence/reason to believe this? I haven't read anything about memory loss aside from temporary NMDA receptor upregulation. Speculation on topics like this spreads misinformation and confuses people...

Here and here though the latter was retracted and the negative effects of DXM have been disputed. I did say "DXM maybe." Anecdotally I know a couple of people who've suffered memory problems after DXM use, though this is hardly a scientific analysis of their cases.
