do pharmacies in philippines sell xanax without asking for prescription??

Im not asking for prices or any kind of sources. its just that i will be going into the philippines in a month and wanted to know if anyone with recent knowledge ( please let it be recent and not from years ago) if xanax or valiums can be bought without a prescription??? thanks
