No drug test questions here...but to answer your question, YES, they do test for alcohol if you are under 21.

not always true fairynymph, they sometimes test for alchohol. Let me ask you this, how long do you have to wait for your results? If it's more than a day or two they probably do test for it. But, otherwise probably not. I am 19 and have been on probation in MI for a LONG time. They just give me a test for THC metabolites/cocaine every week, and they're simple to beat. Anyway, alchohol only stays in your system for like 12 hours. I have passed full drug screens(alc. included) after heavy nights of drinking. PEACE$

even if they did ,it isnt like alcahol stays in your system for week,i think its like 3 hours for 1 beer to be out of your system but i cant really recall right now,so just add them up
all my PO did was ASK if i had been drinkin and OF COARSE i had'nt

damn! what time is your test tomarrow. If you still have an amount of alcohol thats going to show up in a test in your system thats alot of drinking.....

a friend of mine got tested for alcohol and everything else under the sun at his probation meeting, and blew like a .10... they were not pleased, made someone come get him. this was from drinking the night before, but, then again, same guy blew a .27 and claimed very vehemently 'im not drunk'

If your underage then your PO is most likely going to check for alcohol...
BRING BACK THE FLAG!!!

According to my Phlebotomy textbook, who got their info from NIDA, alcohol CAN be tested for, and is detectable in the urine for up to 12 hours.

sometimes a condition of probation/parole is not drinking alcohol, and yes they will test for it sometimes.
Would just like to add, that if you're under 21, then yes, you are subject to be tested for alcohol in your system, because one of the primary rules of probation/parole is not to further break the law in any way.

If your a minor your parents can serve you ahlcohol here in the states. But if your on probation it doesnt matter. Absolutely no drugs or ahlcohol. the UA's i get for my probation dont test for ahlcohol. Cuz i surely would have failed one by now.

I have found that if your under 18 and on probation, they run full screens. If your 18 or over they just give those dinky instant tests for mar/coc. This is just in my area, though, so who knows. Just don't drink! :)

My PO's office runs full screens on everyone. They even tell you what levels you tested at. My last one was
Marijuana- 140
cocaine- 3,700
MY p.o. wasnt pleased with that one
