I've heard of a number of opiate/opiod potentiators that vary in their usefulness depending on what king of opiates you are using and how you are using them ranging from grapefruit juice (only when dosing orally?), small amounts of ketamine, small amounts of DXM, benzos etc.
Even though many things potentiate the high of opiates would any of these potentiators allow you to take less of an opiod without feeling withdrawals?
For example if someone was prescribed a 100 mcg/hour fentanyl patch to wear transdermally for 72 hours, are there any potentiators that could be taken on a regular basis that would allow the person prescribed a 100 mcg/hour fentanyl patch to use the potentiators and a 75 mcg/hour fentanyl patch without feeling withdrawals?
I have been intrigued by the idea of opiate potentiators, I just always wondered if any of these potentiators would allow someone to lower their regular opiod dose without feeling side effetcs.
Any experience or thoughts?
Thanks
