Do opiate/oids lower sperm count?

I know lowered sex drive and unable to reach orgasm are common with opiate/oids, but does it also lower sperm count? I'm not talking recreational, but habitual use.

I believe it can lower sperm count. But not significantly... Like any drug; bud, tobacco, alcohol steroids, amphetamines and opiates all lower sperm count. (Some more then the other)... I would still wrap it before i tap it. Even if i was a habitual pot and opiate user. Furthermore, I have very little to know sex drive when I'm on a opiate binge. My gf can usually tell this way.

I don't know about sperm count, but I know it's really hard to cum for guys and girls... I can get off all night long on opiates, my husband can stay hard but it's hard for him to bust a nut while on pills. He took a few week break a bit ago and he was having multiples...

Yes chronic opiate use can lower sperm count, and that's because chronic opiate use causes low testosterone in lots of men. This can cause a range of symptoms including reduced sex drive, low sperm count, increased pain sensitivity, decreased bone density / muscle mass and more. Do a google scholar search, there are plenty of published articles describing this.
