I take valium, klonopin, Roxicodone and Topamax as you all know... I do not go to sleep at night.. I toss I turn.. I cannot get comfortable.. I am in pain which I think plays a part of it but.. I need sleep.... I don't do well on trazadone, ambien, lunesta or other sleeping pills.. But I cannot live my life minus the sleep. I get 2-3 hours max... then one day out of the week I totally crash out (when husband is home).. I hate this..I want to get my sleeping schedule back on track. I don't know whether to talk to my pain mgt dr, or my psychiatrist about the siutation. I see my psychiatrist tommorow afternoon... I think sleep is appropriate to bring up with my psychiatrist and pain dr (my pain dr knows about my sleep issues) but doesn't (deal with them). What should I do? Thanks.
