Even when it has higher bioavailability and is converted to more active compounds on first-pass metabolism by the oral ROA?
"Diluting effect"? Is that a scientific term? Or are you just chatting woolly bollocks? The reason that the smoking of cannabis is more popular than the eating of it is because the effects are milder, more predictable, easier to titrate with, etc, which is the opposite of what you are claiming.
As they do with many drugs (such as the ones Feste named). What is true of one drug may not be true of another. One example is lyrica, which is actively taken up in the gut, and is thus more potent eaten than IVed.
No you don't, you can just bang it in there with the rest of the ingredients.
It WAS woolly bollucks! Youre right, I shouldnt have said that ALL drugs are more potent if smoked, snorted or shot. It doesnt apply to them all. But some drugs arent as potent when eaten vs. smoked.
Your also right in that you can just mix the pot into your recipe, but it probably wouldnt look or taste too good in sugar cookies! Everyone I know who has cooked with it, and every article Ive read recommended extracting it and mixing it into butter, or something else, that way you dont see or taste it(usually). But, I guess you could mix it in with some greens in a salad or something, or maybe cook it in with spinach.....That way you'd be stoned AND strong like Popeye!
