I dunno... would that stipulate that anyone who didnt do drugs be not Spiritual?
Personally, I think everyone has Spirit and Power but experiencing a dismantling of the Ego (which can happen with drugs but can happen in Experiences without drugs too) can appear to put more value on it.
Maybe the intensity of Seduction by our Ego brings us to seek the intensity of destroying its hold on us? ...In a desperate attempt to achieve some balance.
