Do dopamine releasing drugs not work if you've taken a re-uptake inhibitor earlier?

Say if I took MXE now, then four hours later took a releasing agent drug like 6-apb, would the 6-apb not work properly?

The opposite, you might get problems with excess dopamine such as psychosis. I'd leave the APB for another day.

Thanks. It's just that I've heard that people who take cocaine, then later on take releasing agents like MDMA later stop MDMA from working.

that's because cocaine releases dopamine and depletes your receptors of it...re-uptake involves the amount of time left in the synapse (and thus affecting you).
