No sir, I regret to inform you that cocaine does not count. Nice try though.
That's great stuff. Since it appears to have psychoactive effects that appear to be quite potent at higher doses, why do you suppose it is still OTC and basically not regulated?? Is it somehow flying under the radar ?? Do you think it's inevitable that it will get taken off the shelves at some point , if not just for the reason of pharmaceutical companies wanting in on it. (Then again; DXM is still OTC and not regulated so there's that...hmmm.) thanks for your prospective!
This agmatine sounds like a miracle substance. I must look into it. I am grateful for the folks in this thread bringing it to my attention. Sounds like the dosing can vary a lot, depending on what your aim is for the substance.
Feels exactly like a long lasting ketamine for me. Very obvious it is a NMDA receptor antagonist. It’s supposed to effect calcium channels similarly to pregabalin and for me doses as low as 250mg absolutely increase the effects of pregabalin. I’d go as far to say agmatine is very strong in its own right, especially as an NMDA antagonist.

So someone here recently recommended me to mix Agmatine Sulfate with Kanna extract and this truly changes the game in relation to the rush. As we all know, sometimes the rush can be a bit anxiety-inducing, unsettling, etc, but when adding Agmatine Sulfate (I use around a gram 1 hour before) not only makes the whole Kanna experience cleaner and more euphoric, but smoothens out the rush in a way that makes it extremely orgasmic, it feels so close to the comeup of a MDMA experience, a love-filled I euphoric I want to hug the world empathogenic type of experience, with little to no discomfort added in relation to it.

I just started taking Agmatine to lower my tolerance to other substances, and I heard that it also effects the Cannabanoid Receptors, but i didnt think it would do THAT much. I took a single evening dose of 500mg, a little later took a few hits, then another hour an a half i smoked 2 more hits, and then all of a sudden I was SO HIGH i could barely walk or talk. It felt like I took a whole edible plus some. And mind you, I smoke everyday just about. This is one promising supplement it seems. There was nothing on this sub on the search of agmatine so figured I'd add something to it for others wondering the same.

In essence, I've been doing 2.6 grams of Agmatine once a week since the beginning of November/December.
It shares a similiar, primary, MOA (mTor & AMPA) as ketamine in terms of neurogenesis, and it has some pretty pleasant 5-HT2A agonistic actions making it as an excellent insight tool (no hallucinations though).
...
Yet distinctly feels very much like a psychedelic in terms of time-dilatation, emotions, and insight. A topic discussed in one of the links below.

Agmatine had a widespread impact on gene expression and metabolic profiling including (a) activation of PPAR-α
‐ https://doi.org/10.1074/jbc.M113.544726
The activation of PPAR-α may exert neuroprotection through the regulation of genes involved in several signaling pathways and those encoding proteins engaged in cholesterol transport into mitochondria and its metabolism to neurosteroids. Cholesterol is the substrate for neurosteroids, and its level may influence the synthesis of progesterone, allopregnanolone, and other compounds

Activation of PPAR-α by the endocannabinoid congener N-palmitoylethanolamine regulates pathophysiological systems (e.g., inflammation, oxidative stress) and induces peripheral biosynthesis of allopregnanolone

These findings highlight a property of aspirin: stimulating hippocampal plasticity via direct interaction with PPARα.

PPARα Serves as a New Receptor of Aspirin for Neuroprotection

Previously, it has been shown that PPARα directly binds to the promoter region of CREB, a master regulator of hippocampal formation of memory, promotes the expression of CREB and CREB-dependent neurotrophic factors. Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), a downstream target of CREB has been long known to directly stimulate the growth and function of hippocampal neurons.

They definitely maintain a supremely abnormally erect state for a dangerous span of time, absolutely do not mix them with MDMA like I did, but also goddamn that was a wild night.Any luck with those? Are you sporting a 10-incher now?
My doses are crazy tbf, I don’t really need to take that much but it’s still none impactful as the half life is short (2 hours I believe)
(Not a recommendation just my experience)
250-500mg I’d say best for Vasodilation, Augmenting Stims and Opioids (for blocking tolerance with doses, it may kill some recreational effects but it will increase analgesia and medicinal value of stims and opioids)
500-1000mg- is for severe depression, sedation and anxiety relief, many report finding this even too sedating for the day YMMV
1000mg+ - stim comedowns, sleeping, and dissociative experiences.
I’ve always been an all or nothing person. I could benefit from some day dosing, I will do it eventually but man I love taking 3 grams at night.
I know your sold but just linking some studies as I’m so passionate about Agmatine.

One time I got nutricost agmatine, another time it was some unbranded powder product.I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good source for Agmatine or if just ordering from what they sell on Amazon, ebay would be fine.
It does have relevant nitric oxide effects tbf. It just also happens to have dozens of others including nmda antag and sigma-1 agonism like memantine. DMT is also a sigma-1 agonist. Also the way Agmatine is marketed cracks me up, in that none of the positive aspects that are commented on here are anywhere to be found on the packaging. It's being promoted as a "Nitric-Oxide Booster" and "Post-Workout Formula" ...I mean rather broad and nebulous concepts.
