Dissociatives dmxe how often should i allow myself to take this

Heya, how often should i take DMXE to stay safe about it? does anyone have experience?
i can't help taking it like i occasionally need it at the moment but really want to keep it occasional & i take it nasally so i am wondering how to enjoy this without having to worry about nasal and bladder damage and other health side effects
i am just curious what people here would consider occasional?

Once a week maximum. Also, oral works better than nasal for DMXE, dont ask me why, but it´s warmer and the biodisponibility seems to be higher too, apart of saving your nostrils
