I have just got all my bits to start making DMT but im unsure what extraction to do as I have seen so many online. Has anyone followed a guide online and has actually worked. I have been told some of the guides dont and you can use so many different things. And Im unsure what sort of blender to use?

As in what sort of blender to use to chop up your bark....?
Coffee grinder will work but i am sure many if not most blenders will get the job done. As far as which method to use, there is a thread specifically for that on this website.
