The DN also wtf. You sure it's actually DMT? surely he must be taking baby drags for him to be vaping it on the job. That's such a weird flex, bringing a DMT vape pen just to show people you hit it during breaks.

I mean just can't tell by looking at it but he walked up to me and asked if I wanted to hit his DMT cart and I've seen him hitting it randomly. Is it not as strong?
 
How long does he hit the thing? Also i wouldn't be surprised if he just was making shit up. Casually bringing a vape cart filled with arguably the strongest psychedelic known to man to your workplace seems like such a stupid thing to do.

If the cart really is filled with DMT then i doubt that whoever made it purposely made it weak unless he did it himself.

Anyways, i highly doubt this dude is really hitting DMT during his breaks. Sounds like a bunch of horseshit to me.

Well the thing is the guy is really dumb. Like i don't think he realizes that could be bad lol. This guy would probably walk up to our owner and ask him on accident to hit the cart. But also maybe he doesn't have the real stuff. Idk im not into blasting off during dinner rush.

Yeah that's pretty much what i also think. Sounds like one of those dudeweedlmao broski who thinks being vocal about his drug use is cool or something. Pretty sure that the guy must be ok all of this aside but like come on man, this shit gets a pass if you're in high school and you're still trying to figure out who you are/try to impress other people with stupid shit like that but we're talking about an actual adult in a work environment.

I kinda feel bad bashing on a guy i don't even know on a public forum but this shit is mad corny.

I would describe the scent of vaporized DMT as somewhere between ambgiuously floral and a brand new shoe straight out of the box.

All tryptamines have this scent, it highly resembles a fragrance compound known as "floral aldehyde" that perfumers use for ambiguously floral scents. It's why many lower cost fragrances that have floral scents smell kind of rubbery or plasticky. I've personally worked with it, and have also smelled it coming off of the fresh blossoms of orange trees actually. My mother's growing some on the property right now and while walking around outside I was taken aback by the smell of DMT, and found it to be orange blossoms.

I was less than a year into psychedelics overall until I was eating DMT on the daily via ayahuasca, speaking of which, are you on any prescription medication? Depending on your response to that question, ayahuasca/pharmahuasca may be very worth checking out.

Imo the advice on this thread is great, start low and slow and work your way up. My first time smoking DMT I burnt it, the second and third times too. I was using a dab torch on a nail, came back with a nail that had an elevated core and found the experience to be significantly easier since it was easier to control the heat. Enails were surprisingly ineffective with DMT. My fourth attempt at vaporizing DMT (I never bought it, only ever extracted) was beautiful though, I had my best friend in the room and I was hitting the piece for 3 large inhalations, each held for ~15-20 seconds due to asthma, and I felt time come to a perfect stop. Before this moment I was unaware that such a thing could happen, and somehow, despite time having stopped, things were still happening around me. I couldn't move, as a mortal I was subject to time, but something beyond whatever plane I existed in decided to show me a neat party trick and turned my surroundings into a collection of resonating golden threads by pulling what I saw like a series of strings in a cross-stitch, each one pulling loose from outisde until finally the last thread I was able to see was also turned into this perfectly golden thread, resonating another overtone of the first one, all together they created a timbre/harmonic structure more beautiful than anything I've ever heard or been able to produce since, though I still chase that sound in FL Studio.

Since then, I've used DMT probably 500-1000+ times and it's treated me wonderfully, I've never experienced any sort of "cap" or anything on my DMT experiences like some people claim to. I also did an enormous amount of ayahuasca/pharmahuasca though, which via "Street Lore" seems to have a sensitizing effect if used like Americans used to smoke cigarettes in the 70's, which despite being abnormal, was how I used ayahuasca and pharmahuasca for a while. It's one of the most unique and beautiful psychedelics, and it's a real gift to us as humans imo. If you're ever curious about extraction, check out the website dmt-nexus.me, they're a fantastic resourcefan despite being a little bit old-school in appearance and vibe.

Edit: Also wanted to mention, don't be afraid to try things like LSD, 2C-B, Psilocybin containing fungi, etc. after trying DMT, DMTf a forms no tolerance and is not really subject to the tolerances of other psychedelics for some reason.

I'ma 49 y/o. My first ever use of a hallucinagen was in 2017 and it was DMT. My first hit EVER, One big ass hit from a glass oil burner, and I broke through and it was a fantastic experience. Respect DMT, but don't be afraid of it. Fear can lead to an unpleasant experience.
 
In a pinch, the only thing to remember is to relax,
that is if any part of your memory is connected to this whole idea of doing what's best for me.

when really stoned everything is out the window,
and even though some here are talking about having several hits to be anti-depressing tomorrow,
I find one or two big hits held in as long as possible cause a huge dimensional disconnect into a video game graphic universe
- especially if you have not had any for 3 days or more,
I have been off for 3 months, so I am looking forward to the end of the month when I can get another vape cart...

for a short trip this can be way way stronger than most strong mushroom or lsd trips.
in that way it is a lot like Salvia Divinorum.

I think the DMT vape is an excellent invention.
vape type one has button: press button then inhale deeply and hold.
vape type two has no button: just inhale deeply and hold
vape type three has temp controls and button: set control to the middle - press button - inhale deeply and hold.

use again whenever you feel like it.

That's a pretty decent sign that it may be another active compound. Perhaps the lower temp vaporizing does something different but pretty much all dmt tastes like burnt plastic. Did you extract it? How about the feeling,
 
just reordered but this time selected the freebase cart, I wonder if it is different? We will see next weekend.

I disagree slightly with your assessment. I mix perfumes for fun, and to me DMT smells like indolic scents (jasmine, orange blossom). There is a compound called nerolione, which is basically a benzofuran derivative of skatole (3-methylindole) with an ethyl ketone at the 2 position.

The aldehydes and nitriles I am familiar with smell “fresh” or “green” or “citrusy” or “metallic” or “soapy” to me rather than the rich, stink-adjacent smell of indolics.

I used to walk by a jasmine bush which would smell like DMT at the peak of its bloom. New shoes approaches the smell, but it’s also got some stink to it that makes you want to get another smell.
 
I knew a couple in California that were way into their drugs. The woman liked her opiates, tar and fetty. Her husband loved his drink, his benzos and his acid. They both liked e. They got way into DMT cart production and would consume them not only daily but chronically I believe eventually calling it seeing in HD. They both drove on it. There is no way that they didn’t experience some kind of tolerance to it. In fact, I believe they couldn’t break through because of how high their tolerances were.

I had heard urban legends that DMT junkies existed and they both were definetly not on the fringes of society or anything. She went to the methadone clinic. The guy sold used cars and owed money to everyone in town he was always dodging a debt. It was weird, I never would have thought DMT could be used in such a manner, almost like it was their cigarettes or weed.

I think that they both would rather have DMT carts than opiates benzos or alcohol too eventually as it became expensive going thru at least a gram a day per person too. I suppose DMT maintenance can work for some. Driving a car tho is where I would draw the line and would never feel comfortable being in a car with the driver hitting it.
