DMT Problem

Hi, first post here.

I am in possession of DMT, and have tried it at least a dozen times. Because my scale decided to break, I have to eyeball my doses. I have tried two methods of smoking dmt, sandwiched between some italian seasonings in my pipe, and a lightbulb vaporizer. I have yet to experience a "breakthrough" dose, but when I use nearly the same amount in the pipe compared to the vaporizer, I get alot less of an intense trip when using the vaporizer. It also gives me a terrible sore throat for a day when using the vaporizer.

Am i doing something wrong?
What is the best way to use DMT?
about how much would you say ~45mg looks like so i know i can experience a breakthrough?

If I'm using a freebase pipe, which is pretty much the same thing as a light bulb vaporizer, how do I take 3 separate hits? Wouldn't i just heat it up until all of the dmt is vaporized and take it in 1 big hit?
 
If you can, but I can't.

Take as big a hit as you can w/o coughing, hold as long as you can, then repeat twice (if you can).

The thing about breaking through on DMT is you should get that certain # of milligrams (45, 75, or whatever) into you in the shortest amount of time possible. At the same time, you should make each successful hit count as much as possible, i.e. hold it in as long as you can.

There is a certain art to doing it right. You can do it! :)
 
it could be a weak extraction. I was having similar difficulties with some DMT id acquired, although my friends were apparently in the possession of the same stuff and had no difficulties
 
hm i guess it could be weak, but it is only slightly yellow rather than extremely dark yellow or orange, and I'm freeze precipitating it, so it is crystals.

How am i supposed to take quick hits in succession from a freebase pipe if i have to heat it for 20 seconds to vaporize the dmt?
 
iono, I would try a bong with either some dry leaf material sandwiching the DMT or some steelwool/chore boy stuffed into the stem. Easy easy quick hits.

I never have liked using a bulb style vaporizer personally though I know a lot of people swear its the best way. I've never gotten it to work nearly as well as my bong works for me.

edit: and I doubt that your DMT is just weak, These problems nearly always come from smoking technique.
 
hm yeah i really dislike the lightbulb vaporizer technique. Ill just stick to using my bubbler. Am i correct in saying that i should not be using any water?

also can anybody give me a estimate on the correct dosage? (for example enough to cover a dime, nickel, quarter etc)

QFT. Use a bong and sandwich between herbs, if I'm not using my pre-made changa then I just use peppermint as a carrier, it tastes good, vapes well, and is fairly inert. Try try again if you don't at first succeed (directed at OP, not you adrian).

I think though That making enhanced leaf or making some nice changa is most definitely the best way. I've always liked it the most by far. I love love love my DMT+5-MeO-DMT blend, mmmmm.

Hmmmm never tried 5-meo, too many people saying that it is inferior, I guess I'll have to get a sample and enchance my changa with it. What kinda doses are you talking, ratio wise, DMT:5-MEO-DMT?

unless your good with a pizo pipe. . . Take an eyeballed amnt (better more than less in my oppinion w/ something as precious and amazing as good DMT) Maybe put it on something else as to not suck it through. Use a giant bong, and have a N20 (laughing gas) dispenser near by. When you take the biggest fucking hit of your life, cool it off *whle the smoke is stilll in your lungs ....

cool off that giant rip with the n20. I garantee your life will not be the same. Thats how I got there tho

like 50mgDMT:5-10mg5meo

I'm not sure exactly what the ratio is, I kinda just go willy nilly when I make a blend and then slowly work my way up with it and see what its like.

5meo is definitely not inferior though...just different and less comfortable. I'd say DMT is more like the wooooooo, and 5meo is more like the ohhhhm. Combines GREAT<3<3 with DMT
 
5-meo-dmt (which usually comes from a toad's venom)

reminded me of Salvia, but more fun and eqally intense (as the best extract salvia you can get)

Smoking DMT and 20x salvia you need basically the same technique. AKA leather lungz
 
Try putting a pile of DMT on a dime, covering the surface of it. Half of the pile should be around 50 mg, but I recommend you don't cut a pile of that size in half and instead just do something closer to 100 mg. With that amount there's no chance of anything less than a breakthrough trip, and I promise it'll be amazing. Also, I don't recommend mixing N2O with DMT. I've tried the combo a handful of times in various settings and it always seems to dull the trip, though it does ease the sudden come up for me.
 
^ this is good advice, put a bunch of DMT in there, more than you'd ever need...and then just keep hitting
 
^ Probably the DMT recrystallising in your throat - I've no definitive proof but would deduce that to be the case having examined the inside of my heavily crystal coated glass pipe.

it is hurts more in your throat when you heat it too much. the most recent dmt i've had was especially pure (nice strong pure white crystals) and went down just like warm air. i was really surprised at how smooth the vapor was compared to the (slightly yellow) dmt i've had before.
