I commonly refer to my friend A as "the DMT fairy." He really enjoys spreading the DMT experience, and the only 3 times I've smoked it have been with him. The first time, I really enjoyed the body buzz, and got some amazing visuals while it was dark (I had a blanket over my face), to the point where I couldn't tell if I was blinking or my eyes were closed. The second time was at a psytrance party in the woods, with dark music blaring, and I don't think that was a great environment to do it because it was much less pleasant. I didn't truly blast off either of those times.

Last night, A asked B and myself if we wanted to smoke. I was hesitant, and decided to wait until I could smoke alone in my own room to go further with it. However, after drinking a couple of beers I was pretty relaxed, and after listening to B's story about seeing fractal people in a purple room, I decided it was the right time to go further with it. I sat on the bed and A lit the lighter over the white powder. I inhaled until the bong was milky white, and cleared it. I repeated this, and I remember A telling me, "Inhale! More!" I tried, but soon lost all concept of what "inhale" meant as red and orange (and other colors I haven't seen with my physical eyes) fractals exploded and sort of bubbled over everything. They told me I laid down at that point.

It was like being on Space Mountain in Disney World, or in outer space. It's really hard to remember fully what it was like, though. There were many colors flying around, and complete loss of self. I was definitely not a part of my body at all anymore. As I started coming back to reality, I tried to gain some sense of orientation in relation to my body. I wasn't sure what had happened, if I had pissed myself or anything, which is the exact thing my friend said once after an intense DMT experience. I saw B looking at me and thought I had maybe done something wrong. I had that fleeting thought, but quickly lost sense of my body again. I opened my eyes and saw brilliant patterns all over everything, and A and B looked completely surreal and alien to me. I heard B ask if I was back, and A replied, "She's probably still there." I couldn't even figure out how to speak and confirm that. I just sat there in disbelief of what was happening in front of me and all around, sitting up and resting my head in my hands.

At that point I just laid back down and covered my eyes, still seeing crazy patterns whether my eyes were open or closed. I was wondering when I would return to normal. I think at one point, around the time I was trying to speak, it seemed like it had been a long time. When I returned I was shaking for a good ten minutes from the sheer intensity, babbling excitedly about what had just happened, hugging A and thanking him. I'm really glad I finally REALLY experienced DMT.
