Really short answer: No absolutely not!
Slightly longer one: If she's on medication, please do NOT do ayahuasca or any preperation with harmala or another MAOi in it and please do not take her off her medication. If you múst give her DMT (and she herself really wants it) then go for smoked or vaporised DMT of some kind or maybe another oral tryptamine that works on its own. I still advise against it however.
Maybe the DMT would be benificial to her but you never know and a suicidal person is obviously at more risk for a mind shattering bad experience and I doubt that is something she can handle in such a state of mind. Atleast don't take her off her medication though and please do not feed her ayahuasca you don't want to risk her physical health upon her mental health right?
Even though I don't really like to advise anyone to take any drug in any situation (although I have done so with personal friends at times, I know those people through and through and even then it's never a good thing to talk someone into doing something, doing so to a stranger on a messsage board would probably be an even worse idea); ketamine ís being used for treatment against depression so if you want to explore drugs with her that might indeed be a better option then DMT.
Short reminder: Do not take her off her medication; even if they might not seem to be helping much, the instability caused to her when she would suddently quit them could potentially make everything a lot worse, so if you do choose to do DMT with her take it in a way that does not require MAOi's, such as smoked DMT.
From some wikipedia page (not the most reliable source I know but first one I fouhnd and it does support what I thought, so please once again, no ayahuasca with SSRi's, and don't interupt her medication for some drug trip!)

I would explore ketamine before dmt, ketamine is being used for short term treatment of depression and she will be able to take the meds she is on while taking k

MAOIs should not be combined with other psychoactive substances (antidepressants, painkillers, stimulants, both legal and illegal etc.) except under expert care. Certain combinations can cause lethal reactions, common examples including SSRIs, tricyclics, MDMA, meperidine,[13] tramadol, and dextromethorphan[citation needed]. Agents with actions on epinephrine, norepinephrine or dopamine must be administered at much lower doses due to potentiation and prolonged effect.
