DMT - First Time, how to do it?

Hi guys

so I got some DMT, which is light-yellowish powder from one of the allegedly good vendors of the substance.

Now, I'm very experienced with all sorts of psychedelics but have never tried DMT yet.

I don't wanna waste the product as it is quite costly and hard to get where I live.

I've heard the good way to do it is take a pipe and put several pipe-screens, some weed on top of it and sprinkle some DMT on the very top.

I got a MG's scale so no problem with that. I also got vaporizer but the cheapest model without great temperature control so dunno If it's any good.

Questions:

1. Is this the good (best) way?

2. Is such pipe good ( best ?) :

3. Should the flame of lighter touch the DMT directly? Or maybe heat it from the bottom? Please explain the process.

4. What should be my starting dose ? (I don't want it to be too weak, but don't want to start hardcore - like eating 1 tab of acid for the first time is good idea instead of half a tab or taking 3 you know what I mean .

that kind of pipe will work, i have used that kind before. look up "the machine", its a super-efficient DMT-specific smoking device that can be made easily. i have never used it but everyone on here seems to swear by it.

but yes, a couple screens and some pot will help, some people dont bother with the pot if you can just keep all the deems in one place.

but you want to use a lighter that will get real hot, "crack-lighter" style. DO NOT touch the substance with flame. vaporize it the way you would take tiny hits of hash or weed. it will vaporize very quickly, so you want to breathe out deeply, then take as big of a hit as you can, ideally, right when the deemsters start vaporizing. hold it in for as long as you can, if possible take more hits.

i find that i dont need a milligram scale for DMT, its possible to "work your way up" with it if you have enough.

I find it easiest with the substance spread over ash smoked out of a pipe or a bong.
Then get a torch lighter, hold it so the tip of the flame is maybe 2 inches from the product, you should see it melt and as soon as smoke starts rising from the bowl you can start hauling
It usually takes me two or three tokes to breakthrough

^I would not use a torch lighter! Regular Bics are too hot and torches produce tons of excess heat. I would do as GM suggested and look up the machine. That or pack half a bowl or three-fourthx of a bowl then put the DMT on that, then cover with weed.
