*I have* been recently extracting dmt. *Me and my* brother had a great time with brownish crystals evaporated from Naptha after root bark extraction. *I* then changed the extraction process and freeze precipitated from naptha to get lovely white crystals. *I* put 20 mg into the vapor bong and started heating. the crystals melted but not much smoke was observed. only light intoxication occurred. *I* then became fearfull what he was smoking was not dmt and seemed more acidic. this could just be paranoia. does other peoples white dmt crystals melt clear.

Your crystals melting clear is normal. They may have appeared white earlier but that is just a trick of light, they were actually translucent the whole time just like with salt or sugar.

If the smoke was harsh and acrid you were probably burning it instead of vaporizing. Read up about the proper smoking technique and apply heat a lot more carefully. Burning DMT like a cigarette or weed will destroy it, you need only to warm it up so that a vapor develops. The vapor should be a bit tingly to inhale but not harsh. Don't let a flame get so close, go slower.

Seems to exhibit the expected behavior to me. Just add 40 more mg next time and you are good to boot!

PS vapor bong? Lighter to the top? I know some have success like that, but I always had the best luck using a proper 'glass bubble' DMT pipe, aka meth pipe.

 

[Crashing]

Meth Pipe/Tweak Pipe/Bulb is a good bet but not quite as good as a machine pipe imo. Your white crystals burning clear means you have really pure DMT, and 20mg isn't enough as mentioned go with 60mg next time. Remember don't burn, heat.
