you couldn't even smoke one gram at once haha it's hard enough getting a full ~20mg into your lungs with one big hit.

Your lungs would be in extreme pain and then you'd white out if you loaded 10 g into a pipe and tried to hit it all at once.
You'd also waste a shitload of DMT and probably have some interesting perceptual and psychological changes, HPPD, feeling burnt out and dissociated maybe, stuff like that.

You would not even come close to being able to inhale all this at once or in a short enough amount of time before you started tripping.

Why? Not sure how you would be able to smoke that much before you enter "hyperspace". I'd imagine you'd be left with the majority of the bowl untouched, or more than likely, the bowl tipped over on the floor.
Just smoke what you find is necessary to get to where you want to go. Some people smoke 100+mg bowls, excess of anything I've consumed. I'd imagine it would be an intense experience, as 75mg puts me in my place. Not sure I see the reason to smoke to much more personally, def not multiple grams. I could a situation where someone would black out during the experience if they actually managed to smoke a large quantity, beyond the normal dose spectrum you see on the web. So all in all, I don't see the point of trying something so "heroic" or really, idiotic, because there is nothing cool or heroic about consuming large doses of psychedelic, especially when they are out of this world intense as it is at 60-100+mg.
