so you want to make DMT more famous on purpose? what for? I think it is good the way it is: people with serious interest in psychedelics will find DMT anyways (or DMT will find them). more publicity will just lead to more people thinking about this as another "fun high" and start abusing it. more hospitalisations, more attention from law enforcement.

sorry if I totally misunderstood you. I'm on a computer without sound right now, so I couldn't get much out of the video.

We think accepted Psychedelic use could help take Human societies to the next stage.

Like the Industrial Revolution freed us from Slavery of the physical, the Information revolution has freed us from slavery of knowledge, Psychedelics can catalyse freedom from one's own self imposed mental barriers

while i am all for keeping psychedelics in the underground for the those serious enough about them, i just dont see DMT having any kind of widespread appeal. kind of a different ball game when you compare it to something like "molly". DMT is not particularly recreational, maybe to people like myself who enjoy psychedelics anyways, but i dont think youll have to worry about lil wayne or madonna writing songs about DMT and blowing the whole thing up. real psychedelics like DMT have a way of self-regulating these things IMO

plus the more people understand about psychedelics, the better. right now most of the world still views these things in a way that is not very representative of how these substances truly are. after this is a harm reduction/educational forum

The best thing you can do is extract an 1/8 or 1/4 oz and gift it to your friends. They'll tell their friends and they'll tell their friends. Years back I probably helped at least 20-30 people have their first DMT experience. If every one out of that group does the same and process repeats itself, it would exponentially grow.

Kinda the same thing attempted by some in the LSD circles. But this is something anyone with an internet connection and the ability to follow a recipe can do. I've found the LSD scene to be kind of corrupted, greedy and fall to the same problems any affect any scene. At least at the dealer level.

So go forth, extract some root bark. Give it away (or sell/trade it...at cost), maybe teach someone else how to extract it. And then walk away before greed and legal problems come your way.

Talking about it doesn't do much good without the ability to give a them an experience.

What we are doing is interviewing Scientist and other people trying to de-stigmatise psychedelics and bringing their ideas and knowledge to the mainstream, we come out as users of this substances in a legitimate therapeutic context and for personal spiritual growth.

If that is not your thing that is fine, we however think it is helpful. Check out our episode with Doblin

to get an idea of what we are about.

Exactly. It's already been out of the "closet" since the 60s. If somebody wants to use DMT or get ahold of it they easily hypothetically can.

I think you misunderstood, its about people coming out of the psychedelic closet and admitting to using these substances, not to the substance itself coming out.

well, this actually sounds like a good starting point. maybe I should just forget about my prejudices and give it a try by watching the episode about Rick Doblin. I hope I'll find the time to do so on the weekend and then report back.

btw, do I understand you correctly that the "DMT - before & after" episode is still work in progress, and that is why there is only the trailer finished yet?

Episode has been filmed, almost finished editing, will go up on Sunday as that is our release day every week.

Congratulations on your project. I wish you the best and screw the detractors. Seriously, fuck 'em.

They are people who read about stuff online and in books from their comfortable know-it-all armchairs. AlwaysLookingUp is a person who GOES OUT AND DOES SOMETHING.....writes the book or makes the movie.

Posts like this make me realize psychedelics probably do not make people more 'open minded' so much as we all (hopefully) grow up at some point.

It's a profoundly helpful thing, why keep it all to people with a "serious interest" in psychedelics? What's so serious about it anyway? I'm not saying everyone in the world should take it, but it's "popularity" shouldn't reflect negatively on it or you at all.

Still changed my life regardless, and people should know about it. To go your whole life with that experience just being a 30mg dose, or a cup of tea away... Mental really.

Why would keep psychedelics away from people ? I think they can only benefit the society I love the fact that we are slowly bringing them back to life.

^ Hey! It's the old 'anything associated with money must be bad' argument.

I personally enjoyed the one video of theirs I've seen. I thought that the presenting was a little amateur but other than that it was really informative and inspiring.

Their videos are usually really good. Essentially, all they do is interview people and try to spread information from an array of different subjects. To me, that's great. So what if they're sponsored? They need to get funding somehow in the monetary desert that is internet podcasting. For the sake of educating people, I don't see an issue with that. It's about reaching out to people. To suggest that these guys don't have good intentions is just silly.

He's not doing anything to get psychedelics to people. He's making youtube videos sponsored by xbrain - your convenient source of hemp-brain and alpha-brain! =D LondonReal are humbly breaking NEW GROUND in the psychedelic scene with these youtube videos. We owe them so much. Some would say that this is commercially motivated bullshit, but I've tried alpha-brain and I feel alpha at all times - xbrain: your one stop shop. xbrain, hemp-brain and alpha-brain, at low, low prices.

Calm down Shiva. If you didn't have 11,000 know-it-all posts then people may take you seriously. "Open minded" isn't always a complement, just like "you'll believe any old shit" isn't always a complement.

Hey my name is Saddam, not Shiva. Anyway, my post count is/is not the reason my words mean anything...nor is it the time or meaning I put behind them. ;) Thank you, drive through!

Oh, and what is it you do again besides make posts here? :) You can't even grasp that this 'youtube' video is about people who use psychedelics so make a post again when you actually get what the OP was trying to say in the first place...I don't think you do yet.

Hey, I'll let you get the last word...insult me once more and then drop it. That sucks for the OP that we are getting personal in his thread. You should just PM me to say why I am lame.
