Stimulants DMAA alternatives

Hey there BL. I searched the forum and while I see some threads floating around I was just curious if anyone still uses DMAA or if there are better and more current options for a drug like this? I used to use it quite a bit in pre workouts and really would like a cycle alternative to my current drugs I have so I don't build tolerance.

I am already using adrafinil but it's a hit or miss sometimes. I think I need the right stack for it to work consistently.
