This morning I took 500mg of DLPA 300mg of Theanine and 400mg of SAMe. I Havn't felt this great in a while. My back is hurting form being thrown out, I got hemorrhoids, a rash flaring and I still feel great. I've tried all types of amino acid combos and herbal supplements for over 20 years and finally got it.
Just had to share this because over the years I've learned alot here and recently joined to give back to the community.
