Wunderkind, I am thoroughly impressed with your newest mix. You seem to have fixed just about every problem you had with programming for this one. Keep improving like that and you'll be headlining with the best of them for sure man!
 
Thank you, that's the way I feel about it. A couple of the mixes had some small beat slips, but nothing that someone would notice if they didn't listen closely.

But yes, I am sooo happy with how this one came out. I think that I've finally calmed down, and am paying more attention to what I am doing. I don't have to focus on the beatmatching anymore, so I am more free to worry about the blend. Thanks a lot for the compliment.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one to appreciate the Kalina bula. It's on my list of songs to remix.
 
Well, I prefer the name hard dance, because it's all over the spectrum of hard music. The first 20 minutes is hard techno, then an interlude of hard house and hard trance, into NRG, then finishes on Hard Trance.

So it's hard to really put it at one category. The easiest, most known definition would be Hard house, but it is technically a lot more than that.
 
yeah, I just recently started picking up the Acid Techno, so I'm still mastering the blending of it, I want to start doing 3-deck with it some time, when I have the money to buy another deck. But it is definately great to have in the bag for earlier sets, when the NRg or Hard Trance is a little too forward.
