Dizzy from Amph, not from Methamph?

I eat, smoke and shoot a lot of speed. But what has been confusing me recently is why Amphetamines like the mixed salt pills make me dizzy and it's hard to stand up. I don't get that way with methamphetamine.

I am afraid to shoot any of the amphetamine pills because of how woozy I get. It's hard to stand up and feels like everything is rushing to my head (but not in a good way). Why wouldn't I get that way with meth? I use them a few days apart from each other, so it can't be just too much speed building up.

I feel fine on amphs as long as I don't move or try to get up. What could be causing the weird reaction in amphs when I am great with meth?

theres an l-isomer and a d-isomer of amphetamine in the mixed ampht. salts capsules. the l-isomer is supposed to have some nasty physical side effects like vasoconstriction, dizziness, and hypertension. they do use to limit the abuse potential of the drug. I think you don't get this with methamp because its most commonly synthed with the d-isomer of the drug and not the l.

This is most likely what's happening. I've noticed vasoconstriction-related side effects from even normal therapeutic doses of mixed amphetamine salts (Adderall)...think 20-30mg. That's why the d-amphetamine version is better, if you can, just switch to regular d-amphetamine (Dexedrine).

If you like d-methamphetamine, you'll probably like d-amphetamine a lot more than regular mixed amphetamine salts.

Hey thanks for explaining. Today I've been doing both meth and adderall and have to stay seated because I want to fall over when I stand up. It's good to know why, I appreciate the answers since I don't really understand the differences in speed. I figured if I can shoot meth, I can do any other amphetamine but guess not.

your gonna have a heart attack if you keep mixing adderall and meth...
seriously slow it down
your sleep deprived and are probably having vertigo from not drinking enough water
take a break, drink lots of water, and get some sleep
then you can start back up
make sure you drink lots of water while doing this
i have experience with both speed and meth
and vertigo has been a big thing in my life because of them

Perhaps a low dose of a benzo and some aspirin along with the pills could help remedy the side effects. Magnesium also is helpful in alleviating tolerance and side effects of amp
