when i got up on monday morning after rolling on sat night i stood up and stared getting this dizzy spells and almost black outs then i lie down and it goes away after a while. this has happened to me a few times.
Has any one else had this happened to them?
does anyone know what causes this? or how to prevent this from happening?

One of my friends has...
Ummm not sure on exact cause or cure but I would suggest that you make sure you drink plenty of water, eat, take some multivitamins(strong dose), and get enuff sleep before trying to do ne thing.

i went thru a little fainting phase for a while.. i can control it now. i kind of black out and go blind and dizzy and have to sit (or fall) down.
it often happens when i've had pot, but nowhere near a large amount for me.
questions-
are you vego?
do you have low blood pressure?
-iron deficiency/low blood pressure were the best explanations docs could come up with for me, after an EEG to rule out anything hardcore.
might be worth getting checked out, as one of my little fainting spells landed me in hospital getting stitches!
Try not to stand up quickly and remember to breathe
Take care, be well

Did you sleep on sunday, or did you miss a nights sleep? Did you eat on sunday? Do you drink much water? Do you smoke?
:)

I have had this many of times. It's freake.
It happens to me more the day after rolling after sitting down and getting up to fast. I just try and get up slowly and it's all good.

i didn't get much sleep on sunday so basicly i missed out on a night sleep.
i din't eat on sunday either but i did drink a lot of water. i don't really smpke but i did while i was rolling tho.
this happened after i got up i was walking around the house for about 2 or 3 mins before it hit me.

I have had this happen too, and have fainted from it. My therory (which is complete and utter speculation I might add) is low blood pressure related to being serotonin deficient after MD**. Serotonin plays a role in the constriction of blood vessels, therefore, lower levels of serotonin might = vasodilation = lower blood pressure. Just an idea of mine - could be way off.
Making sure you are well hydrated, and have eaten something, should help. If you feel dizzy you should always sit or lie down, beofre you fall down!

Another suggestion that may or may not prove useful is to get yourself bit of a sugar fix. Also Powerade or Gatorade are probably good things to drink as well as maybe Berrocca's?
The thing I have found that leaves me in the best shape is to take lots of multivitamins, I'd definately recommend givng that a go whther you were having this problem or not.
