Disturbing things

I went to this goats house tonight and saw him spraying 100% acetone and a mixture of chemicals from a premarked baggie. This stuff smells crazy dangerous! Is he going to kill people by selling this stuff! This is one crazy goat people!

It sounds like maybe he was spraying synthetic cannabinoids on plant mixture?
