Distinguish between piracetam and cholinebitatrate

I got 500g piracetam and 500g cholinebitatrate. I don't know what is which.
Both are white powders. They look nearly the same.
I don't know how to discriminate between the two.

Does anybody know how piracetam or cholinebitatrate tastes? Is one sour while the other one is salty oder bitter or something like that?
Or is it maybe possible to smell the difference?

Normally we don't allow speculation threads like this, and it would be very difficult to distinguish unlabelled powders, but I just so happen to have some labelled choline and piracetam here so..

Choline tastes lemony and slightly sour, Piracetam is more bitter.
