I listen to the songs he used to play
What happened to his words
Now he sits in a daze
Drugs are all that inspire him,
He's lost so much weight
I wonder if he'll ever get a grip on things
I wish I could lend a heart to him
I know his is no longer alive
What happened to the sparkle in his eyes
He's waisted it away
Addictions so strong
He no longer smiles,
What happened to the love he had for me
The gentle way he felt
The way he looked at me
I'm just another mistake he wishes to forget,
But the songs move on
And the pain stays
I wish he could see my love
I'd save him if I only knew how.

Before i was known as cotten candy.. (gor hate that name) anyway this is me now.. thank you ..though.. I love to write and draw and sing..
it's a big help when im down in the life
