Ya, I've had that and similar things happen to me and my strips. IMO, the best thing to do would be to go to the store and by a bottle of saline solution and a good nasal spray bottle. I usually measure out about 1/2 a fluid ounce with just water, count how many sprays it takes to empty the spray bottle. I usually try to get it as close to 80 sprays as possible, then drop 1 or 2 strips in there depending on how i'm feeling. Then I know that if there's 80 sprays in the bottle, and I put 8mg's in there, every ten sprays will be a milligram. If i'm coming off a hard bender, i'll toss 3 or 4 in the first bottle, so I can get a milligram every couple of sprays, which is nice because you do have to wait a few minutes between sprays or it will just drip down the back of your throat. This is a good method to use if you accedently get your strips wet and want to save them, but it would probably be a little less acruate since you don't know if you lost any, but it's also became my prefered ROA for the sub strips. I used to crush and sniff the pills and I always found i could get by on a lot less then if taken sublingually, cause the nasal bioavailability is like twice as high as sublingual, and you don't loose as much if it doesn't all dissolve. So I would highly recommend this method in your situation, and just in general. It's inconspicous, and it's much easier to manage your exact dosage when you get down to th I always have my little nasal spray bottle with me, and just do a couple of squirts a few times a day and it works great. it wears off a little faster, but it's much more convienent than having to sit there with the strip under your tongue for 20 min
