dispensaries vs the streets

I buy my weed from a dispensary and I have friends who's buy their weed from a connect and we always argue about who's shit is the best and you know how they think they can get the same weed I have for cheaper which I don't believe I know going to a dispensary might be a little more but there very generous and always giving free stuff so I think it outweighs it do you guys have anything similar to that or something about buying it off the street vs dispensary I'm jut interested about views others would have but thanks :)
 
Being able to get weed from a dispensary is literally a fantasy come true for me, but I started smoking in about '74 or so. I would literally fantasize about being able to acquire cannabis safely. The fact that it is illegal seems itself illegal, when weed doesn't harm the body nearly as much as tobacco and alcohol.

I wish everyone who wanted it had safe and legal access to marijuana. Government is wrong to prohibit marijuana. How long will it take for common sense to matter to anyone?
 
Dispensary. A dealer usually can't provide me with GC/MS analysis, a thc and cbd content, and a list of fertilizers and soils it was grown with, whereas a dispensary can. Last time I bought an 1/8th, it was 1/2 the normal cost of street buds, so there is no question.
 
Neither. I grow my own. But, and this is a big but, I would love to be able to walk into a dispensary and buy well grown strains that are correctly labelled and not get bud labelled OG Kush that's actually just some afghani or something which is what dealers are notorious for doing so that I can try before I grow. I would never become dependent on a dispensary or dealer, it's just the former can be a useful way of trying small amounts of a strain before you commit yourself. It's a pain spending ages growing a strain only to find you don't like it. Forums are invaluable for finding what you're likely to enjoy but nothing beats trying it for yourself.
 
I find that if you know the right people it can be equally as good or better but than again if you know barely anyone it can be worse than a dispensary. Obviously growing your own would be the best option but not one we can all choose in life.
 
A (mostly) legal, non criminal setting with people selling it to you for your benefit.
Versus an illegal, criminal setting with people selling it purely to make profit.

Hmm I wonder.
 
No dispensaries where I live, so naturally I buy off a street dealer. But he always has trips and I get it for a fairly decent price so I`m not complaining.
