personally, I would say that eztest xtreme is the most suitable test for x, because it can detect certain mixtures. I will talk to alphanumeric today!
 
this new link wants to charge $33 USD for the extreme kit, when the exchange rate from 24.5 EUR should be $29.5 USD.

Just want to make sure the right people would be benefiting from this misquote of the exhange rate.

What happened to the 35 Euro prise + free shipping on the E-Z Test Complete kit???

I wanna buy it but now it is $68.00 USD!!! plus I'm guessing there is probably now a shipping fee to Australia also!!! What's the deal MODs??? Can you get a discount or not? is there free shipping or not??

Please post somthing on this soon as I'm looking to get a cheap kit... would much rather get the Simons & Robadope with the standard Marquis+Mandalin if you can get discounts like before... otherwise I'll go elsewhere as the these current prices are no better than any other place!

I am about to switch payment processors again. the company that handles payments now is converting currencies at their own rate, which turned out to be outrageous. we're working on it. iuf you pay with paypal ([email protected]) the discount is just as it should be.
 
Cool man... please let us know as soon as you can get the new pay server up... I have no idea how you're supposed to use the e-mail address you gave to to pay for the test kit. Plus I would only ever use a secure site with my credit card and not an e-mail address...(unless I misinterpretted something here?)

When do you think it will be up and running? Don't mean to hassle you or anything just good to know because I'll probably need to order a test kit from somewhere in the next two or three weeks.

no problem... we have sent thousands of testkits to the USA, many of them going to California.
 
that hasnt answered the the question is it legal to send them here stop beating around the bush and answer the question.

Are the kits legal?

There is some question as to the legal status of testing kits in the U.S. Many states include wording in their paraphernalia laws which include anything which "identify, analyze, or test" scheduled substances. This wording _is not_ included in the federal paraphernalia laws. Arguably, the ecstasy testing kits do not fit within this category as they only verifiably test for the _absence_ of MDMA or other controlled substances. (i.e. if a sample does not turn a color, we can be reasonably sure that there is no MDMA present, however if the sample turns black it could mean that mdma is present or it could indicate the presence of another completely unrelated substance).

These kits have been widely available for over a year and we have heard of no legal problems either with their sale or possession. We know this isn't a very satisfactory answer, but the U.S. legal system is often confusing on points like this. As a general rule, if people aren't being prosecuted for it, it's unlikely that _you_ will be.

Because it's not federally illegal, importation should not cause any legal problems, but many people choose to avoid having to deal with customs by order from a vedor on their own continent. We do not currently have any information about the legality of testing kits in countries other than the United States.

IMO bottom like.. is sounds to me like if you buy a test kit in US either locally or internationally that there should be no probs.
