Ok so I have a little straight shooter and a screen used for marihuana. We try to put the flame under the pipe but no fucking smoke. It's fucking annoying.

Is direct heat bad for it? Should we break the crack into small pieces instead of a fat rock?

Please help! We aren't getting anything but have a good bit of crack.
