I remember that I actually timed how long the effects lasted my second time rolling (i had a really good quality pill)
The main effects, or the peak, lasted about 2-3 hours (3 hours at most)
After the 3 hour mark, I still felt euphoric but I was clearly coming down.
But if you count that part too, I would put it at around 4 solid hours max
