I am a very experienced tripper, I have tripped roughly 100 times on many many different substances, LSD, Mushrooms, Smoked DMT, Yopo insufflated with lime, 2C-B Some RCs by accident… Nbomes etc.. and about 25 MDMA experiences. Not much I haven't tried, coke, opium, every pharma under the sun… So I have been around the block. But I am finally about to try ayahuasca I have just become more comfortable with it over the years, I only ingest Mushrooms once in a while. It used to have this voodoo to me however now I am just realizing it is a trip, I have had some friends try it and explain it I am ready…

Main question, I have Diplopterys cabrerana and Cappi vine, Mckenna Ceilo yellow and some red vine.
I plan to grind 40 grams of the yellow up and 10 grams of the Psychotria viridis and make a tea, I will brew them separate and ingest separate.

LONG STORY SHORT MAIN QUESTION :

I keep reading people say first timers should use Psychotria viridis and advanced users use Diplopterys cabrerana

What is the big difference here? Is it the 5-MeO-DMT which seems relatively low in alkaloid % or does Psychotria viridian have a lower alkaloid content of DMT looks like Dip Cab is .17-1.75%DMT and viridis is only up to .66%DMT content.

As a very experienced users do I have anything to worry about going with the Diplopterys cabrerana for the first time? Maybe just do 7-8g?
Or do you recommend I go through the trouble of ordering some Viridis?

I will have alprazolam on hand if shit gets outta control but just for safety.%)

Hi EarthBounded, I don't have any first hand experience with chaliponga, though I do think that the addition of the 5 meo dmt and the sheer variability of chalipongas potency is what makes it more suited to the experienced aha user.
I have seen potencies reported as low as less than 2mg/g and as high as nearly 20mg/g.
I say go for it, start low to gauge the potency.
I have heard that the experienced ayahuascero doesn't even need masses of dmt to acheive what they want to acheive. they refer to the dmt as the light- once what is internal has been seen with the light, and known, then less light is necessary to work with what is interal.
I currently have b-caapi and p-viridis that I am waiting for the perfect time to consume. I am keen to know the subjective difference between the chaliponga and the chacruna. Let us know how it goes.

I never had any success with chaliponga. I guess the stuff I got wasn't any good. I'm not sure. Mimosa hostilis worked every time, though.

Good choice on the vine. Avoid syrian rue at all costs. The nausea is not worth it. I don't have any trouble with nausea from 2C-E, 2C-T-2, mushrooms, mescaline, or any of those typically nausea-inducing drugs. Syrian rue, on the other hand, gave me terrible, almost unbearable nausea and stomach cramps.

Good luck!
