are there any interactions? like metabolic pathways? thanks.
 
They are both mu agonists so they will have additive effects when combined. If you are going to combine them, dosages should be adjusted accordingly.
 
cool. I am going to dose codeine a few hours later, hopefully it doesn't knock off the effects from the diphenoxylate.
